Refund Policy

1. All Service Fees Are Non-Refundable

All payments made for our professional services are considered final and non-refundable once received, including but not limited to:

• Google Ads Management
• PPC Advertising Management
• Performance Marketing Services
• Campaign Setup
• Campaign Management
• Campaign Optimization
• Conversion Tracking
• Remarketing Campaigns
• Landing Page Consultation
• Marketing Strategy
• Account Audit Services
• Lead Generation Consultation
• Advertising Consultation
• Monthly Management Fees
• Retainer Fees
• Setup Fees
• Onboarding Fees
• Strategy and Consultation Fees
• Other digital marketing or advertising services

Once payment has been made, no refund will ordinarily be issued because resources, professional time, campaign planning and operational capacity may be allocated immediately to the client's project.

2. Advance Payments Are Non-Refundable

Any advance payment, booking amount, onboarding payment, initial service fee or retainer paid to Real Estate Leads is non-refundable.

Advance payments may be used to reserve agency resources, allocate team members, conduct research, prepare campaign strategies, perform account analysis or begin other preparatory work.

Cancellation by the client after making an advance payment does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund.

3. Monthly Service Fees Are Non-Refundable

Monthly management fees and retainers are charged for reserving professional resources and providing ongoing campaign management.

Once a monthly billing period has started or payment for that period has been received, the applicable fee is non-refundable, including situations where the client:

• Decides to stop advertising
• Pauses the project
• Changes the project
• Changes the marketing strategy
• Reduces the advertising budget
• Stops providing necessary information or access
• Changes agencies
• Decides not to continue the campaign
• Is dissatisfied with sales performance for reasons outside our control

Clients may choose not to renew services for a future billing period in accordance with the applicable agreement, but fees already paid remain non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

4. Setup & Onboarding Fees Are Non-Refundable

Campaign setup, onboarding, account analysis, strategy development, tracking implementation and related fees are strictly non-refundable once the work has commenced.

These activities may involve professional time and resources even before an advertising campaign becomes publicly active.

5. Advertising Budget & Ad Spend

Payments made directly to advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta or other third-party advertising platforms are separate from the professional service fees charged by Real Estate Leads.

Real Estate Leads does not control the refund policies of third-party advertising platforms.

Any request concerning unused advertising balance, advertising credits, billing disputes or refunds from an advertising platform will be governed by that platform's own terms, conditions and refund policies.

Real Estate Leads is not responsible for refunding money paid directly to any third-party advertising platform.

6. Third-Party Costs Are Non-Refundable

Any third-party expenses incurred for a client's project are generally non-refundable once purchased, committed or incurred.

These may include:

• Advertising platform charges
• Software subscriptions
• Tracking tools
• Landing page tools
• Hosting services
• Domain services
• Creative resources
• Data or technology services
• Third-party consultants
• Other campaign-related costs

Such charges may also be governed by the individual third-party provider's terms.

7. No Refund Based on Campaign Performance

Digital advertising and lead generation involve multiple factors beyond the direct control of Real Estate Leads.

Therefore, refunds will not be issued solely because a campaign does not achieve a particular:

• Number of leads
• Cost Per Lead
• Number of site visits
• Number of property bookings
• Sales target
• Conversion rate
• Return on Ad Spend
• Revenue target
• Cost Per Acquisition
• Business objective

Unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing, Real Estate Leads does not guarantee a fixed number of leads, bookings, sales or revenue.

8. Lead Quality & Refunds

Real Estate Leads works to generate relevant and qualified enquiries based on the agreed advertising strategy, targeting and available campaign data.

However, the behaviour and final purchasing decisions of individual prospects cannot be guaranteed.

A lead may:

• Not answer a call
• Change their mind
• Select another project
• Postpone their purchase
• Have different budget expectations
• Submit incorrect information
• Become unreachable
• Decide not to visit the property
• Decide not to complete a purchase

Such circumstances do not automatically qualify a client for a refund.

9. Cancellation by the Client

A client may request cancellation of future services subject to the applicable service agreement.

However, cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund of fees already paid for:

• Current service periods
• Completed work
• Work already commenced
• Resource allocation
• Strategy development
• Campaign setup
• Consultation
• Third-party expenses
• Any other services already undertaken

Cancellation will generally apply only to future services not yet billed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Paused Campaigns

If a client voluntarily pauses their advertising campaign, project or marketing activity, payments already made to Real Estate Leads will remain non-refundable.

Where commercially feasible and agreed by Real Estate Leads, unused service time may be rescheduled or adjusted instead of refunded. Any such arrangement is discretionary and must be confirmed in writing.

11. Failure to Provide Required Access or Information

Clients are responsible for providing necessary information, approvals, access credentials, advertising accounts, website access, landing pages, project information and other materials required to perform the agreed services.

Refunds will not ordinarily be provided where services are delayed, interrupted or cannot be completed because the client fails to provide required information, access, approvals or cooperation.

12. Google Ads Account Suspension or Platform Restrictions

Real Estate Leads cannot guarantee that advertising accounts, advertisements, websites or campaigns will always be approved by Google, Meta or any other advertising platform.

Platforms may suspend, restrict, reject or limit accounts and advertisements according to their own policies and automated or manual review processes.

A third-party platform restriction or suspension does not automatically make payments made to Real Estate Leads refundable.

13. Change in Client's Business, Project or Budget

Refunds will not be provided merely because the client:

• Cancels a real estate project
• Delays a project launch
• Changes property pricing
• Changes inventory
• Changes target location
• Changes advertising budget
• Changes management
• Changes business strategy
• Experiences internal operational problems
• Decides to stop marketing

Real Estate Leads may, where practical, discuss adjustments to the campaign strategy.

14. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If you believe that you have accidentally made a duplicate payment or that an incorrect amount has been charged, please contact Real Estate Leads promptly with supporting transaction details.

After verification, genuine duplicate or erroneous payments may be corrected or refunded where appropriate.

This provision does not apply to valid service payments.

15. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact Real Estate Leads directly regarding legitimate billing concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Unauthorized or unjustified chargebacks relating to validly delivered or commenced services may be contested with supporting documentation, invoices, agreements, communication records and evidence of work performed.

Nothing in this provision limits any rights available under applicable law.

16. No Refund for Change of Mind

A change of mind after purchasing our services does not ordinarily qualify for a refund.

Clients are therefore encouraged to review:

• Service scope
• Pricing
• Deliverables
• Campaign requirements
• Advertising budget
• Payment terms
• Responsibilities

before making payment.

17. Exceptions Required by Applicable Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to remove, restrict or override any non-waivable rights or remedies available under applicable Indian law.

Where applicable law requires a refund, remedy or other relief—for example, in circumstances involving legally established deficiency, misrepresentation or failure to provide the agreed service—those legal requirements will prevail over any conflicting provision of this policy.

18. Written Agreements Take Priority

For clients operating under a separately executed proposal, service agreement, insertion order, statement of work or contract, the refund and cancellation provisions contained in that agreement will apply.

If there is any conflict between this general Refund Policy and a signed client agreement, the signed agreement will govern to the extent permitted by applicable law.

19. Policy Updates

Real Estate Leads may update or modify this Refund Policy periodically to reflect changes in our services, business practices or applicable requirements.

The latest version published on RealEstateLeads.in will apply from its stated effective or updated date, subject to any existing contractual commitments.
